The stay was enjoyable overall, especially given the great value for money. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, along with the fluffy towels and the effective shower. the mattress wasn't very comfortable and the TV was quite small, making it hard to watch while in bed. Access to dining options was a bit tricky, as some were a distance away and closing early, but the staff were knowledgeable about local options.

good value for money, size of room, facilities provided
Late check-out fiasco, with staff banging on the door!!! The sloped table tops are a ridiculous design flaw—spilling drinks is not a fun surprise!!! Can't believe the reception staff couldn't log in to check my payment status properly!!!

Just okay for a quick stop
Stopped here for a night while traveling. The room was kinda worn out and didn't have a place to chill except the bed. Staff were friendly, which was a plus. Appreciated having breakfast in the room, but honestly, the room could use a makeover. It’s cheap, but there are better options out there.

Decent room for the price
Spent a night with the fam. The room was pretty spacious with one big bed and a sofa bed. Breakfast was all boxed stuff, like pain au chocolat and flapjack, which was okay. It was quiet enough, but the cleanliness could've been way better — noticed some spots that weren't great. wifi would’ve been nice.

the location was perfect for our meeting and the staff were super helpful. loved having a starbucks right there and seriously enjoyed the terrace for some sunshine. the room was basic but clean and comfy, just what we needed for a night!
the pillows and mattress were uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep well. also, the tv was way too small for the distance from the bed and we kept fiddling with the aerial for a decent picture.

Room was spacious and the bed surprisingly comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The controllable heating was a nice touch and the hot, powerful shower was invigorating after a long day. noise from nearby food outlets could be disruptive at times, and the decor, while calming, felt slightly dated. The kettle and decent tea options were appreciated, although more food variety would elevate the experience.

The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, especially in the leisure area where the kids loved splashing around in the heated pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating both our needs and those of our young children. Breakfast was a hit too, plenty of options for everyone.
In my kids’ opinion, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options available. After a long day, we wanted something easy and fun to eat without having to travel far.

Would definitely recommend for a day tour
Spacious room, comfortable bed, and a great location near a motorway service area, which made it easy to grab breakfast at Starbucks and enjoy plenty of tea and coffee in the room during my solo stay.
Nothing to complain about.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The leisure club was great, especially the heated pool with countryside views. We also enjoyed exploring Leeds city center for nightlife and shopping. Just a heads-up, be aware of limited towels provided in the room.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. I found some hairs around the door stopper.
